Return Policy

Please send an e-mail to littia@jewelryshoesnmore.com telling us the reason for your return.  This will help allow us to better serve our customers.  Please be careful while trying on clothing.  There will be no exchanges on damage items.   If you are returning your order because you would like an exchange, please e-mail littia@jewelryshoesnmore.com.  Once your item (s) are returned, we will ship your exchange with complimentary shipping (Only U.S Orders, Not Including International Orders).

Please Note:  Discount codes cannot be applied to exchanges.  You have the option to choose store credit, where you can apply that code on a brand new order.  

Custom made orders cannot be cancelled or returned, even if the order hasn’t shipped yet.  Due to items being made to your liking.  This applies to all custom items, no exceptions.

Upon returning your item, please follow these guidelines:
1. Please make sure the items has not been worn and all tags are attached.  
2. Your package must be postmarked within 3 days after receiving the item from Littia’s Glam Cocoon, which can be determined from the tracking confirmation.
3. When returning your return, please return the package with USPS Priority Mail with tracking.  Tracking is important to prove you shipped the item.  USPS also offer free envelopes with Priorty Mail.
4. Sale items does not apply to exchanges.  You may request a size up or down.  A store credit will be given if not available.
5. Bathing suits and undergarments cannot be returned.  they are final sale.
 

To process your return 
Send e-mail to littia@jewelryshoesnmore.com within 1 day after receiving package.  You will receive a response within 2 days with instructions. 
Your exchange will be processed after your package is received.
